BYLSMA IMPORTS INC. warrants all Dunlop footwear, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for which the boots are intended.


This warranty is limited to product failure as a result of splitting, sole separation or any defect in material or workmanship that affects the waterproof properties or safety characteristics of the boots.


Excluded from this warranty are boots that have been affected by cuts or punctures from sharp objects, or disfigured from continued wear or use, or boots that have been exposed to solvents or excessive heat which degrades its performances.


Warranty boots sent back to us need to be cleaned properly; boots need to be free of dirt, manure or other debris.
Sent a copy of the invoice with the warranty boots and circle the point of defect.
